At our Maison, technological innovations are subject to the values of craftsmanship. Our innovations do not replace our artisans, but rather serve their talents. The love and pride of a job well done is priceless.
Each La Cornue Château is the original and numbered work of one of our artisans—our compagnons. It is manufactured exclusively to order, individually, assembled by a single compagnon who will take all the care necessary to make it a unique piece.
Our customers want a product that performs and is of the highest quality. We consider this every step of the way: when choosing our suppliers, when making sheet metal or stove bodies, when completing the enamel, during inspection and final assembly.
The artisanal nature of our Maison and our unique savoir-faire enable us to meet any development challenge, whether to respect the constraints of a historic home or to innovate within a futuristic design.

Created in 1964 by the second generation of the Dupuy family, the Château line affirms the unique savoir-faire of La Cornue and champions the Maison La Cornue in the world of luxury cuisine.
The culmination of more than 100 years of research and development, each Château range is entirely handmade at our workshop in the Paris region by our artisans—our compagnons—whose knowledge and savoir-faire are passed on from generation to generation to offer you culinary performance and elegance.
With a choice of configuration, colours, finishes... no less than 8000 possibilities are available for you to make your range "tailor-made," just like your desires, your dreams, and your appetites.
